CCT / Combat Controllers get to go out and work with various aircraft on all different type of landing zones. Dirt was alot of fun but a C-17 landing on a dirt LZ was pretty amazing to watch in person. Enjoy the video and I hope you had a nice long weekend.

Coolest Sling load video I have seen. One C-130, a couple of CH-53 Super Stallions & four old school hummers hanging below. Wow! I have been in the back of AFSOC 53 sucking on a tanker and it was bumpy and tense without a sling load. Super Skillz!

Pictures from July 8th Jump 750miles off Costa Rica to help a 26 year old fishermen who sustained a serious head injury. The fishing vessel was small as seen in this one of the images here but the rucks filled with medical supplies and equipment the PJs jumped with was not.

As a Combat Controller, I always loved Jumping with our friends overseas and seeing how they do things. Japan Airborne Troops get some jump training with the help of C-130s at Yokota AFB. These hard chargers are still jumping rounds.

PJs jumped into the Ocean at night 750 miles from Costa Rica, PJs made it to the vessel and took care man for several days while the ship headed to the nearest area to transfer the patient to a higher level of care. A long week for these men!

27 years is a long run and mostly a time were all the airmen were deploying to various parts of the world in support of the GWOT etc. Chief Master Sgt. Zackery III retirement was last week. Congratulations and big Salute Chief!

I'm no longer active duty but I still get fired up when I see cool kit! I remember the first time I saw Tiger Stripes in person, I said, "Take my money!" Back then I only had a buck or two but I was willing to spend it all so I could have anything Tiger Stripes. Cheers!

MH-6 Little Birds aka Killer Egg fit in the back of C-130s and are wheeled off very quickly and assembled. The Little Bird is up and operational quickly and the same can be said for packing it up and flying away in the back of the C-130. Here is to a great hump day!
