This!! As with most things in life, it’s usually a much easier conversation than you imagine… And normally everyone feels better for having had it. Extra points for having the conversation prior to it becoming relevant/needed.
Don't wish you'd talked. Don't wish you'd planned. Today is #AdvanceCarePlanDay ✔️Future you will benefit. ✔️Your supporters won't have to guess. ✔️Your care is more likely to match your wishes. The way we talk about dying matters. #DyingMattersWeek
