Let’s do a walkthrough of the historic view of prophecy, because too many haven’t seen this, or simply refuse to even look. Who is the antichrist? Daniel 7 tells us about “the little horn”, and identifies this power as the antichrist. Daniel 7:3 “And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.” What are these four great beasts? Scripture tells us. Daniel 7:17 “These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.” So the beasts are 4 great kings. Daniel 7:4 “The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it”. What king is this? It’s Babylon. Scripture again defines itself. Jeremiah 4:7 “The lion is come up from his thicket, and the destroyer of the Gentiles is on his way; he is gone forth from his place to make thy land desolate; and thy cities shall be laid waste, without an inhabitant.” Babylon overthrew the kingdom of Assyria in 605 BC. Nebuchadnezzar rules Babylon for 40 of its 70 year existence. Daniel was there at that time.

@TheYearOfSue It’s engagement farming. I see it from “Christian” accounts all the time. Makes statement that sounds controversial, reap the benefits of the argument. It’s kinda sad honestly.

Leviticus 23:37-38 “These are the feasts of the Lord, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord, a burnt offering, and a meat offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, every thing upon his day: 38 Beside the sabbaths of the Lord, and beside your gifts, and beside all your vows, and beside all your freewill offerings, which ye give unto the Lord.” The feasts of the Lord were to be kept “beside” or along with, the sabbaths of the Lord (7th day sabbath). In other words, the weekly sabbath was set apart from these, and for a reason. Notice how closely Leviticus 23:37 aligns with what Paul said in Colossians 2:16. Colossians 2:16 “Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:” The feasts included sacrifices, drink and meat offerings. These are ceremonial, and “blotted out”. The feast itself was fulfilled in what Jesus did, Passover, Unleavened Bread and First Fruits. Pentecost was fulfilled 50 days after first fruits. Trumpets, Atonement and Tabernacles will be fulfilled on the return of Jesus. All of that said, there’s nothing wrong with celebrating the festival, IMO, however, one cannot keep it biblically since the sacrifices and offerings have already been made by Jesus. This was also foretold in Ezekiel 45:17: “And it shall be the prince's part to give burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and drink offerings, in the feasts, and in the new moons, and in the sabbaths, in all solemnities of the house of Israel: he shall prepare the sin offering, and the meat offering, and the burnt offering, and the peace offerings, to make reconciliation for the house of Israel.”

@LuAngeles This guys not speaking to God. He’s speaking to demons. Isaiah 8:20 “To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.”

It’s got to be about church and state, right? I mean that was the issue with the first beast. The horns represent the government, in the case of the second beast a separated church and state power. The constitution keeps these powers separate, for now. Eventually, those two horns come together to make an image of the first, the little horn, right? Am I way off here? A church state power cannot be represented by two horns, it would have to be one.

I’ve always understood that Revelation 13:18 was speaking of the first beast, which the second makes an image to, so essentially the same beast. I’ve never seen that in the 1851 chart until now, and honestly it’s a bit disconcerting. That said, the church/state power is likely what is being spoken of here, that’s the image the second beast will make of the first, thus the “two lamb like horns” will become a church/state power. Vicarius Filii Dei, in other words. They will set law and enforce it, just like the papacy. Maybe that’s what it means?

@witnessam1 We also know what’s coming before the Sunday law. That’ll affect greatly how others look at it.

@3AngelsWatchman Not sure if you have it or not, but I made a print out of the events and corresponding verses in his presentation, just haven’t looked them up. I’ll send you a copy if you like.

Not long after my wife and I joined the church, we learned about the food laws. Having never even considered them, it was rough at first, but we decided to try and stick to them. We decided to have one more meal of chef salad and pepperoni pizza. We made our order online and when the food arrived, we received a regular salad and a cheese pizza. We took the hint 😂

The Bible says otherwise. A soul is the combination of the breath of life (spirit) and body. When we die, the Bible teaches the spirit returns to God who gave it. It also teaches that the dead know nothing, and do not worship God. The point here is that there is also a warning of a massive deception, and this is likely part of it.

@A1readyP1atinum @Unexplained2020 Technically they are fallen angels. The Bible has plenty of instances of angels appearing as men. It stands to reason they can appear as what they wish.

I just learned about this last night. I agree, our church should have no part in this, and we should speak up against this. I think we should speak with our elders, and they should speak to the state conferences, who then should express that to the general conference. Otherwise our mission remains the same. EGW spoke about these things, we just have to stay the course. It will get worse before it gets better. Stay the course and remember our commission.

31 AD. Leviticus 23:5 “In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the Lord's passover.” Jesus celebrated the Passover with the Last Supper, the evening (Thursday evening) before His crucifixion on the same day. Evening, and then morning. That outcome is not possible with a dawn to dawn reckoning. The next day (evening Friday to evening Saturday) is a high Sabbath (Leviticus 23:6-7), followed by first fruits (Leviticus 23:10-11) evening Saturday to evening Sunday). This matches the biblical account.

@UselessEatertoo @JudyVonTschudi @2021Marcel @occupyheaven777 The issue will be when Sabbath observance is persecuted, and Sunday worship mandated. It’ll come. It’s already in the works, and likely will come in the name of climate change.

There’s nothing wrong with going to church on Sunday, it’s ignorning the sabbath that is the issue. God set apart one day, and blessed it, and commanded we remember it, and do no work, don’t seek our own pleasure, and gather together. It’s a day for rest, fellowship, and time with our creator. Observing it literally acknowledges Him as our creator. Paul said you are a slave to who you obey. Romans 6:16 “Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?” God commanded the Sabbath. Man says Sunday. Choose wisely.
