As time goes on frauds usually look worse. You'd think that if Joseph Smith was a fraud and just made up the Book of Mormon you'd be able to disprove it by now, but as time continues its inevitable march, the claims made by the Book of Mormon are proven more true by the day.

Over time the so called anachronisms of the Book of Mormon disappear.
The Book of Mormon talks about horses in the promised land multiple times, but for a long time, the evidence indicated that horses had gone extinct in the Americas during the Ice Age, long before the Book of Mormon. /1
