The trick to good looking water:
1. Proper tiling of normals (don’t make things look too big or small - scale accordingly
2. Set roughness to 0
3. Use an accurately placed reflection probe
4. Adjust the colors & depth fog to your liking
5. Add caustics where it makes sense

Just checked out GHOSTCLUB. The underground vibe/ rainy atmosphere was very polished. Entrancing ambient house music was played. Emissive lights replicating realtime while supporting 50+ in one instance was very impressive.
