@pestctrlguy Yeah I know one personally and while he did grind for the first 7-8 years, he’s living extremely comfortable and stress free. There’s a point where you’ll end up working a lot less.

@pestctrlguy @shawngorham I think having D2D routes is huge for this as well. You've got it streamlined. are you paying production, hourly or a combo of both?

@pestctrlguy @shawngorham $2500/day/truck is pretty high. on an average 8 hour work day (perhaps less in the winter with less daylight), you have to do $313/hour... your guy(s) will have to be busting ass and every tech would need a tight route. big if true and congrats.

@pestctrlguy @shawngorham That’s ideal but rarely possible especially in winter, re-services, follow-ups, inspections, etc.
