However this update ends up being I'm already more hyped for it than I have been for the past 10 seasons because they actually marketed it properly. No idea why they think that dropping a trailer 1 hour before a season starts is the way, these streams were great.

@DattosDestiny That's what Master mode or ideally other difficulty options should be for. If I want to run a chill raid I want to run whatever I want and not automatically be trolling by to not using a certain Element. Also using an Arc dps weapon instead of Solar isn't buildcrafting as well.

"Adding encounters to raids later" is just them saying that raids will release unfinished and be completed later. Imagine the SE Raid Race but after Repository the race just ends, whoever cleared that first wins, and then Verity + Witness get added half a year later. l o l.

If Surges in Raids are permanent I'll probably stop LowManning. Doing a Solo is already "stressful" to some extend since I'm always worried to not beat it until a new season. If I can only play a certain week since I have to wait for the right surge I just won't bother.

After wiping to final about 25 times I found out that you basically have to use full auto to do full dps with fusions, I was just firing slower than I could cause I'm dumb lmao. After I got told to use full auto, I got him 2nd try.

Banning Cruz and not reverting the ban is such an ridiculously awful decision that even though it doesn't affect me I'm having struggles to comprehend it right now. Everyone loses and gains nothing.

Yea with Surges being on a 4(?) week rotation I don't think I'll bother with Lowmans for a while. Will do the Duo Witness when I get around to but I won't do the other stuff. Pretty frustrating to have such an amazing expansion and raid ruined by this system.

dude I want to Duo Witness, no time this week due to 50h+ workweek. Next week I'm quitting, except it's not Solar Surge anymore so it's impossible, amazing. Week after - Starting a new job then so I'm not sure how much time I'll have for that. Awesome system really.

@SaltagreppoD2 the fact they still give him the belt (which is good ofc) kinda proves that they themselves don't even believe that he cheated, even after the race. Slap doing recovs also had nothing to do with him winning, yet he didn't get the belt because he was actually guilty.

Changes like this one genuinely make me upset. I don't think there's a worse way to fix it. The entire game getting worse cause one weapon was doing too much damage. And it took them 2 weeks.

About a year ago I played a game from my childhood for nostalgia (Heroes of might and magic 3), I used ArtMoney to give myself infinite resources there. Strange to think that if I would have opened/closed some programs in a different order I would've been banned in Destiny now.

@BungieHelp please please please revert the 2s weapon cooldown after swapping to it. Disable horseman until you find a better fix. This change just killed a bunch of LowMans, it's so sad.

Weapon crafting is great and people complaining that it "ruined the game cause there is nothing to grind anymore" don't enjoy the game itself, but just its rewards so they always need a "reason" to play instead of having the actual gameplay itself be reason enough.

@DattosDestiny This change would have killed both new player entry to raids as well as hardcore players' higher ambitions such as LowMans or Speedruns. I get that you're not part of any of those groups, but I can't see a world in which this change was a overall positive.

Did a fun little Duo Atheon with @BogOnMyDog except we play the Solo Strat. Basically we finish on both plates so that the clones cap it. Super inefficient and stupid but it was fun.
