This ward's kids have some of Chicago's highest asthma rates, and the fossil fuels in our appliances cause 1/6 of all childhood asthma cases. Electrifying our buildings will improve our children’s health AND eliminate Chicago’s #1 source of climate change causing pollution

Alder Burnett helped start a network of protected bike lanes in his ward bc as a cyclist he knows we need to make our streets safer for EVERYONE. Vision Zero will get us a BIG step closer to ZERO car deaths when we reduce our speed limit to 25 mph & report blocked bike lanes.

Our 34th Ward City Council Action Team just had a great meeting with @AldConway! We thank him for his support of bus lane enforcement cameras and last week's Vision Zero Working Group for equitable enforcement. He knows lowering the speed limit saves lives, so let's get it done!
