@tnrags @sylasarulraj_d The way it has handled adultery as a subject is a refreshing change in Tamil cinema though it's just a sub plot. But I don't think the film primarily set out to be thought-provoking or that the audience expected it to be one.

Sumanth Raman's attitude towards deported Indians from the US is nauseating. He reeks of inhumanity and indifference. His arguments and language progressively worsens as he loses the plot. It's unfortunate that Tamil Nadu has to witness such speakers on prime time.

Have seen many Ajith fans complaint that the actor's repeated collaboration with director Siva has changed his accent, dialogue delivery, and dubbing style. The issue persists in Vidamuyarchi also, but he tries to break out of it. 10/10
