@m3_melody Looking for NAR to revise the prices to "actual" from years ago and claim prices aren't dropping today.

@VladTheInflator We better do a damn good job with the bread and circuses, otherwise it won't turn out so great being one of the few with some savings.

@JulieChangRE Near zero, did I miss something? I would support a statement that SVB like bailouts above the limit are over, maybe with an increase to 500K to 1M

@menlobear The market always comes back from a correction, and quickly. If you have money you need in the next 5 years in stocks, you're greedy and deserve it. Same if you sell at the bottom and miss the recovery.

@BobEUnlimited Or, we could take some temporary pain and reinvent the economy so it isn't solely reliant on consumer demand.

@rev_cap When you buy a gold miner you are buying their corporate efficiency. A lot of miners even hedge the price so they trade independent the commodity! Why wouldn't you just buy $GLDM if you like gold?

@hodgetwins A word came to me today, "repent," which in the original Greek was "metanoia," or "a change of mind." @lindyli has had a change of mind. Is she not deserving of a new beginning?

@cenkuygur Seems like separation of power to me, Congress was voting to enrich themselves and another branch has put an end to (some of) it.

@shepski79 Prices never come down, it's a one way street. Remember talking to your grandma about 29 cent loaves of bread and 1 cent candies? That's you now!

@m3_melody I'm also wondering if research university towns will be hit. Funding from things like NIH might be cut, and fewer international students.

@GayBearRes Double whammy when they lose NIH funding to give cocaine to rats or whatever they're doing these days

@micsolana Yes, but the specific part is that they were getting special tax breaks in the first place
