As the lorry having a flex regarding the civil supplies... I think The lorry owner is might be owner of rice mills . He is supplying rice to the civil supplies. As he said he may be having more lorries. As he is a big party he may have contact with major leaders in AP .
My office junior met with an accident in Tadepalli HP Petrol Bunk, when vehicle is parked for filling the petrol lorry rammed into her car. We gave a complaint with the Tadepalli Police Station and police responded well and took the complaint. Thanks to the @APPOLICE100 . When I spoke to the owner of the Lorry he says: Neynu 300 plus lorries naduputha em kaavali Neeku Nee Deggara Insurance Leda nuvvu SP ki complaint isthe Neynu Lokesh Gari office nunchi call cheyipistha. I spoke to the office of Lokesh Garu and none of them know him. Clear case of misuse of Shri Lokesh Garu’s name. This is his number +91 99665 57777. Kindly let me know if anyone of you know him or otherwise please call and verify his credentials and how he is related to @JaiTDP If he belongs to @JaiTDP I will leave it here and will ask my junior to use insurance option or otherwise I will proceed legally against him as no one can claim immunity after accident stating you can use your vehicle insurance.
