🚨 Formal Complaint Against @FlyFrontier 🚨 Today, I arrived at Denver airport 4 hours early for my flight to LA. I was at my gate 1 hour before boarding. Shortly after, I received an email that my flight was delayed from 4:05 PM to 5:05 PM due to a late connecting flight. To pass time, I went to a bar and returned to my gate at 4:43 PM—22 minutes before the new departure time. Shockingly, I was told the door was closed, even though I saw it open and have video proof. The agent who denied me boarding walked onto the plane, then returned—but my flight sat on the runway for another 10 minutes while I was standing there, still refused entry. Why? Because @FlyFrontier gave away my seat to standby passengers. This also happened to two other passengers who arrived around the same time as me. I was on time, my plane was at the gate, the door was open, yet I was denied boarding—simply because Frontier resold my seat. This is completely unacceptable, dishonest, and predatory.
