Focus Blitz (Blue): Blitz Cancelling while in neutral emits a wave that slows opponents the LONGEST of all Blitz Cancel types. During Focus, ANY attack will ignore Resolve and count as a counter hit!

Resolute State:
While standing and performing no inputs, characters become Resolute. While Resolute, they are unaffected by Blitz Cancels and after a short time they will receive a small boost in Resolve recovery.

Shatter is another attack property that bypasses the super armor granted by Resolve. Getting hit by a Shatter attack while super armor is active will deplete your Resolve meter and leave you vulnerable to further attacks!

Pierce is an attack property that bypasses the super armor granted by Resolve. Every character has access to a universal Pierce attack, but other moves with the Pierce property will vary per character.

The light version of her diving attack makes her do a somersault off the opponent on contact and makes her recover pretty quickly in midair, allowing her to follow up. The trade off is that her light diving attack travels at the steepest angle.

Just for the record, the game is pursuing this high-fidelity art style because we are fascinated with 3D emulating 2D visuals, wanted to see how far we could go with it, and create something with our unique flair to it, not because we’re simply attempting to copy ArcSys 1 to 1.

Currently subsequent damage is scaled down quite significantly, so its main use is to set up an ideal situation rather than deal damage. Additionally, it can be punished heavily if predicted or baited out.
