@TheDarkEnjoyer Not sure if I'm reading it wrong but to me it does not sound like they will cease debuts entirely, just that they will prioritize existing members their growths over speedrunning new debuts, which is still a good thing ofcourse. They might still do new debuts, just less frequent.
