Absolutely diabolical that, in this century, such outdated Broadband deployment is occurring. But even more diabolical is the toxic creosote that these poles are saturated in! Legislation encourages & enables this criminal behaviour whilst our Ministers & MPs do nothing about it!

This is what the government are allowing to be installed in our communities by ISPs. It's totally immoral contaminating our streets with chemically treated telegraph poles, especially around schools and playgrounds. All on the name of profit.

@implausibleblog Just because a Tory says something doesn’t mean it’s automatically a lie. Sometimes it’s simply utter rubbish 🤬

@nhsbourbon 2. The elevated pressures, excessive hours, lousy working conditions and poor pay experienced by Jnr doctors is NOT the fault of PAs. It is the fault of inept & greedy politicians and managers. So please STOP VILIFYING THE PAs 🙏🙏🙏

@ZainKhanMed Pls remember that none of this is the fault of PAs. This government is responsible for starving the NHS of cash & attempting to bring in PAs as a cheaper but less skilled version of doctors. PAs don’t ask to prescribe or carry the bleep. They totally support Jnr Doc strikes!

@nhsbourbon 1. My daughter is a very highly respected PA. She got superb, relevant Alevel grades & wanted to train as a doctor but there were too few places available at Uni. She investigated further and decided to train as a PA because the style of patient involvement appealed to her.

@BanjoBlood16 @ZainKhanMed They can say ‘no’ but then management start vilifying them as non-team players, awkward, difficult, etc. The newer PAs are more vulnerable to pressures if they are the only PA and other medics don’t know their remit!

@Silvia19865 Absolutely, yes. #PaulaVennells should go to jail. Add all the time served by PMs and double it to get her sentence. Remove her PO pension and sue her for the damages that will be paid to all of the PMs plus the cost of this inquiry. #PaulaVennells #PostOfficeInquiry

@PennyMordaunt removing our right to peaceful protest, removing employees protections, funnelling tax payers money into your own bank accounts and your buddies receiving huge contracts for vital services without any prior experience? You did it! Well done! Hooray for you! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

@BladeoftheS It doesn’t matter how long she stares at the carpet, bites her lip or grimaces, the puppet at the lectern keeps on prattling on. The only decision is whether to resign today or wait until tomorrow! 😜😜

As our campaign isn’t getting the sort of attention from the HoC that will stop these unwanted broadband installations any time soon, I’ve emailed the HoL, Communication & Digital Select Committee. holcommunications @parliament .uk @implausibleblog @itvpeston #LeaveOurStreetsAlone

@PennyMordaunt 1/1 If by saying that your ‘plan is working’ you actually mean that Tories have been successful at stripping fu ding for and decimating public services (especially our NHS, state education, transport, local authorities, Police, Ambulance, Fire, etc.),

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Definitive evidence that NO ONE applied to KCOM to share infrastructure between Aug 2018 and Nov 2023! PLUS Connexin have recently applied to KCOM to share in HEDON, East Yorkshire MS3 NEVER applied (since 2018)! They lied to us! 🤬

@wehavehaditnow @wilcock_steve @RShallcross_UOH They would have to leave my access well alone. If I’ve already got acceptable FTTP broadband, I don’t want some bandits just showing up making a typically shoddy job of underground cabling for Connexin that will probs need repairs. They can go do one!

@RRS73122257 @drokane @nhsbourbon She is extremely happy in her work (despite the difficult working conditions & historic underfunding within the sector). Now she has years of experience, she knows her abilities, responsibilities and her limitations - & doesn’t give in to management pressures! Maybe one day……..

@earlyplumgrouse @Dr_Done_ I agree, there is a problem. The GMC does need to address the misuse of PAs & to prevent the wilful acting up of some PAs. There are also too many doctors/consultant & managers who exploit PAs & put them under pressure to act up. It’s still not acceptable to vilify all PAs.
