I can’t be the only one who feels like this scene would’ve been more impactful if she died. It would’ve made the “I need this suit, it makes me a better Spider-Man” hit harder.

These ppl truly never watched the show and it shows. Azula's abuse WAS acknowledged even before her meltdown. The difference is the og show did it cleverly while this show has Azula exposit her own insecurities (something she'd never do) cause y'all 2020 fans need your hands held.

@media_enjoyer_ I don't expect live-action adaptations to be 1-to-1 with comic storylines, nor do I care if they line up with past animated past adaptations. All I want is for them to get the personalities and costumes right. The 4 characters you listed, are all mediocre adaptations at best.

@btsbeangifs @Iuachild You're right, intention does matters. Ozai would never give someone an opening or hurt Zuko with "I'm sorry" tears in his eyes. Him doing that, makes him a tragic villian at worst. But him attacking a kid on his knees, pleading for mercy. That makes Ozai an iredeemable monster.
