The "Castle of Shadows" that Subaru visits when unconscious contains Petelgeuse and Regulus within it. If and when Aldebaran dies for good, perhaps he'll join those two.
This could let Al die by Arc 9's end while allowing him to make a considerable reappearance in the final arc.

There is a clear difference between "creating" him artificially and "making" him into Aldebaran. If anything, it means Echidna moulded him into who he is now.

There'a an anime difference over the novel's illustrations which potentially adds to the Sirius is Fortuna theory.
The anime emphasizes the middle space of Sirius's left eye. It now appears more similar to Fortuna and Emilia's eyes.

As a direct result of Liliana's song in Arc 5, Sirius has realized the joys of music and developed the "Music of Resentment".
I believe the Music of Resentment will be important with Sirius when she next appears, and I'm looking forward to hear how it'll be adapted in Season 3.

Fun Fact: Petelgeuse Romanée-Conti had a group of followers called the Romanée-Conti family. They dedicated their bodies to their lord for generations.
The family modified their bodies and even underwent selective breeding to be desirable vessels for Petelgeuse.

Old Man Rom's character has gone on one of the most interesting journeys of anyone in this series. From his past endeavors and dealings with his comrades, to his shift in worldview and resolve to assist his "granddaughter", Felt. I look forward to seeing him more in future arcs.

Arc 10 is the "Royal Capital arc".
Knowing this, it does not make sense to have back-to-back arcs set primarily in the Royal Capital. The Sin Archbishops may very well not escape the Prison Tower in Arc 9 and only do so in Arc 10.

Ex 2's manga really deserves an official English translation from Yen Press, regardless of the quality. It's already a fantastic enough story to warrant one on its own. Moreover, it'd be helpful for anime-onlys to have if Ex 2 doesn't receive an anime adaptation before Season 4.

I'm still holding out hope for a plot involving Daphne's remains to make its way into the main story. That said, with the world's strongest, Reinhard, facing Al and VolcAlnica at the Augria Sand Dunes, it's difficult to tell if the Aldebaran duo can stay for much longer.

As expected, there's no confirmation of Felt's main arc being Arc 9. Priscilla's first birthday post during Arc 7's release confirmed her involvement and focus in it. Felt didn't get that for Arc 9 in today's post.
I guess the Felt Camp's arc is all but guaranteed to be Arc 10.

Me while reading Golden Siblings in Tanpenshuu 10 and realizing that an obscure side story antagonist named Hayden Garo that 99.9% of Re:Zero readers have likely never heard of has a decent-ish chance of becoming an important secondary antagonist in Arc 9.
