As I pledged during my campaign, I am today returning the automatic pay raise granted to legislators. Legislators receive too many perks average taxpayers don’t. I also declined the generous pension and have signed on to legislation for a citizens’ constitutional convention.

The Gov offered no more details today as he discussed reopening PA. Why are industries like construction & remote auto sales open in neighboring states yet still closed in PA? Businesses that can follow CDC & CISA guidelines should be allowed to continue supporting our families.

The Governor has signed my Pension Forfeiture bill. With Act 1 of 2019, we are putting elected officials and public employees on notice that they will no longer be able to abuse their power and walk away with a lifetime taxpayer-funded pension.
