80 years of the Sea Cadet Corps in Northern Ireland! The anniversary parade was attended by HRH The Princess Royal, Admiral of the Sea Cadets Corps. HRH praised cadets for their 'polished and professional display' in a speech reflecting on the importance of Sea Cadets' work.
The Princess Royal, Admiral of the Sea Cadet Corps, joined 24 cadets onboard TS Royalist today. With perfect weather conditions Her Royal Highness was able to share in the full Sea Cadets Experience upon the flagship she commissioned in 2015.

Letter of condolence to His Majesty The King from our Chair of the Marine Society and Sea Cadets. During this period of national mourning, we will cherish our memories of Her Majesty and solemnly pause to reflect on her invaluable contribution to our cause.
Great news! Sea Cadets has received a most generous donation from the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve Officers’ Association of £800k to purchase boats and equipment to benefit cadets across the country.
This means more boating opportunities, a new boating hub and more keelboats!
Today, platoons of sea cadets, royal marines cadets and junior cadets took part in the legendary Lord Mayor’s Show! This fantastic showcase is a historic tradition that involves a three-mile procession through central London to welcome the new Lord Mayor of London. 🌟

It was all hands on deck as we set a new Guinness World Record last Monday for the world's largest ships whistle lesson! 🎉 400 participants joined us outside the Maritime Museum as we played ‘Call the Hands’ on the boatswain’s call, thereby launching The Big Help Out campaign.
Many people don’t realise we’re a charity – as are our 400 units, who have to raise money to keep their doors open.
