I have worked hard with our committee. Amazing proposed constitution for Herts senior County league for 2019/20 with 16 new teams applying. Our youngsters need football working in a team structure not knives. Grassroots is alive in Herts.Good for the youth in our country. @hscfl.

Talk about a journey. Only two players retained from last year. So grateful for the opportunity to manage such a fantastic club. I got alot right this year, but choosing being surrounded by players and people who I trust and understand me. Match analysis in the penalty area etc.

Just landed from 12 hour flight to be told to come into the club, and then got told the news. I have a special group who will be looking to continue playing, and playing in the right way for the badge. I am sure my phone will be ringing. There loss will be another clubs gain.

Today I have seen and spoken to an incredible amount of young players not playing football, its a hard to have to get them to understand that one day the choice will taken away. Play at every opportunity, if your team are having a tough time help them get through it. Do not quit.

5 yes ago I took over a failing club that survived on its history. Bottom for two years and a laughing stock. I still believed. Last 16 of national cup, runners up in league two cup finals. First one this Sunday please come and see if we can get our first silverware in 12 years.

Here it is !!!.Thank-you to all the supporters that made the Lane Rock yesterday. My players were amazing, in a long hard season they fully deserve this new challenge. Good times don’t last but the memories do, I have so many from this season that will live with me forever. UTL.

@ValeDynamos 9 games in !! You had two great young coaches/ managers. Developing a squad to your way of playing and getting players recruited that get your mindset takes time, ups and downs but clubs must give people the chance to get it right. This is a real shame for two potential talents.

A kid, who had talent but had been let down by previous coaches, we got his belief back in and he has been outstanding, we have not always seen eye to eye but have both got respect for each other. All the hard work pays off with messages like this. Be proud Ian you deserve this x.
