Grace has special needs and was disappointed she couldn’t have a birthday party due to safety concerns.

Fishers PD OFC Koopman has a new K9 partner, introducing K9 Rico! Tonight will be his first day on the job and I think he’s pretty excited about it.
Ofc Koopman’s former K9 Harlej was killed on the job last year. He said a few months ago he knew he was ready for a new partner.
