Residency helps lower tier teams far more than tier 1 Most of those players aren’t any more Welsh than English Kepu may not be the player he is had he not come trough the English pathways but I do understand why you don’t want to lose him

YEARS of mismanagement was covered up by a golden generation of players headed by AWJ . Now they have gone it’s all come to light
