Even California admits sending ballots to inactive voters, many of whom have moved or are deceased, is a terrible idea.
Perhaps they saw the ballots littering the streets of Las Vegas and realized it was a recipe for disaster.
We just secured a major concession from Newsom on his election power grab.

Nevada Democrats dropped a 100-page bill to overhaul election rules less than 100 days out from Election Day and they didn’t even consult with the state’s top election official on the legislation.
They have zero integrity here.
