@kinderrach It's called the Americans with Disabilities Act and it was signed into law in 1990. A lot of buildings had ramps even well before that.

I have been listening off and on to an audio version today of that Kennedy hearing while working in the lab. It has renewed by hatred of government. These are quite possibly the dumbest and most dishonest people on earth. It was painful most of the time.
