@TheReignOfC I feel this can be corrected. Marvel needs to hire more black talent behind the scenes ie writers, cinematographers, publicist, media managers, etc. it won’t fix it 100% but will move the needle in the proper direction. Oh and hire the comic writers as consultants…

@MyTimeToShineH As much as I love Willem we need to move on. Tom’s Spidey deserves his own villains.

@Eon1Eno As you said Marvel lost their way. I don’t want pointless cameos which we’ve had plenty of recently. So I rather they omit a character for a later time than adding him just for a checklist.

@Patricetienne1 That’s Eli’s story not Sam’s. If that story is to be told it needs its own space not 5-10 mins to as a C plot line.

@Eon1Eno No one is hiding Eli. The story being told in this specific movie does not allow time to an already bloated plot. BW was written as a direct tie to iron man. Hawkeye was the same. Eli is the grandson of a supporting character who will likely get 5-10 mins of screen time.

@Eon1Eno @She_DreadzMe Exactly! Save it for young avengers where he actually has a story like in the comics.

@She_DreadzMe No, They have adamantium, red hulk, serpent society, and the leader to focus on. But by all means plead a case why Eli is integral to Sam’s arc, make him a compelling character and fit it within the 2hr timeframe set for this film. I’ll wait… it ain’t that deep.
