You know what, it’s a wrap… this is this man’s role. Marvel Studios just needs to go ahead and sign Aldis Hodge to a 5 film deal to be T’Challa son of T’Chaka. This is our Black Panther for the next 10+ years. @RobertIger @Kevfeige

I’ve seen enough! Aldis Hodge as recasted T’Challa son of T’Chaka. The cover letter for Marvel Studios was his take on Hawkman in Black Adam, the resume is all 8 episodes of Cross (as Alex Cross). This is the right casting. ❤️ Damson, JDW, Tosin, Stephan, etc tho. #RecastTChalla

Black consumers ought to stop supporting Marvel Studios. What else do they need to show yall that they do not give the same level of attention, care, and intent to deliver on projects centering black characters as they do white counterparts? DROP THE MCU BLACK PEOPLE 💯% serious!.
Marvel Studios’ Blade has been removed from the 2025 release calender, presumably delayed indefinitely.

Marvel Studios unjustly pivoted from the highly anticipated KANG arc. Though the lackluster writing in Quantumania, and Alvin Bragg using Grace Jabbari to character assassinate Jonathan Majors didn’t help we want Majors back as KANG @RobertIger @Kevfeige. #MakeMajorsMarvelAgain

@Byusuf2008 Well this may be her OG comic design but we never saw Storm in this suit in the X-Men animated series, just X-Men Evolution.

I pray Marvel Studios realizes sooner rather than later-the compiling of not recasting T’Challa, killing off black characters for no reason, sidelining black characters, not using original black characters, years of BLADE rewrites, they’ve created a black PR issue w/ the #MCU

@XMenUpdate Was never a debate, it’s the 25 and under crowd that didn’t value X-Men the animated series.

Imagine bringing in Denzel Washington for Black Panther 3 to draw the Black audience just to NOT #RecastTChalla. I don’t trust Ryan Coogler, Nate Moore, Kevin Feige, Disney-Marvel Studios, nor that cast with the Black Panther IP after Wakanda Forever. They gotta prove me wrong 💯.
WE GETTING DENZEL WASHINGTON STARRING IN BLACK PANTHER 3. and then he’s retiring after a few more projects. Best news of my life and then the worst in one interview. We’re gonna see Denzel in MARVEL before he hangs up his jersey 😭

Ryan Coogler has killed all these characters in addition to Klaw (Ulysses Klaue), within two films. This doesn’t reflect a creative that understands Black Panther lore and read the comics and took time to process the 60 years of source material that should’ve informed the films.
Ryan Coogler has had the once in a lifetime opportunity to work w/:. Chadwick Boseman - T’Challa.Angela Bassett - Queen Ramonda.Forest Whitaker - Zun.Michael B. Jordan - Killmonger.Sterling K. Brown - N’Jobu.John & Atandwa Kani - T’Chaka. they’re all dead in the MCU BP IP, YIKES!

Marvel Studios wanted to strategically remove T’Challa out the way.
What was the point of Wakanda Forever? What did the film accomplish other than killing T’Challa & Queen Ramonda, introducing a bastard son by T’Challa’s comic villain, devastating Wakanda, dividing fans and casuals, and creating a mess for Black Panther 3? Marvel killed the IP.

@mviefrk_108 The movie? I agree that’s why I made the post. How do you kill the character he portrayed from an incurable disease like the actor himself passed? That’s so weird sadistic “creative” very disrespectful.

It should be a whole new cast and crew if it’s post Secret Wars. Ryan Coogler killed off the whole royal family and butchered source material so much this current #MCU Black Panther property is unrecognizable compared to comics. Bring back the real T’Challa.

Reasons why Ryan Coogler’s Toussaint is stupid. It was an emotional decision not an informed one. Don’t make major decisions in an emotional state. Nakia is T’Challa’s villain in comics. The child is a bastard, which is uncharacteristic to T’Challa. Toussaint has no relevance.
I can’t imagine Marvel Studios continues with the idea of Toussaint being the new T’Challa with fan rejection of the new character. For Black Panther comic readers, a bastard child raised without his father will never work; only casuals and anti #RecastTChalla accept Toussaint.

T’Challa (son of T’Chaka) the 1st BLACK mainstream superhero debuted in Marvel Comics in Fantastic Four No. 52 July 1966. Happy 58th Anniversary Protector of Wakanda - King T’Challa. #RespectTChalla

Chadwick Boseman was not the perfect casting for T’Challa as Wesley Snipes was for Blade, as Hugh Jackman was for Wolverine and as Ryan Reynolds is as Deadpool. This is in part due to how Ryan Coogler wrote T’Challa and that we only got 1 solo film of T’Challa. #RecastTChalla.

Should’ve been Grace Jabbari is mandated to 1 year of alcohol abuse and behavioral therapy.
Jonathan Majors has been sentenced to one year of counseling for domestic violence. Here’s the latest on Marvel recasting Kang in the #MCU:

Way too short, the actress ought to be 5’9”+. Storm - Ororo Munroe is 5’11”-6’ in most publications. I think #XMen97 made her 5’8”. My point is we not only want a comic accurate representation of Storm as far as pigmentation but also holistically. Kiki Layne >>> Cynthia Erivo

Here’s the right answer:. The purpose behind Wakanda Forever was to MANIPULATE. Whether that be emotions, mindset, acceptance of killing T’Challa. Wakanda Forever was the injection of HYPNOSIS Marvel Studios & Disney needed to infiltrate the bloodstream and mind of Black Culture.

Did Marvel Studios care about Derrick Boseman’s wish to recast T’Challa because as he states, that is what Chadwick would have wanted? No, they killed the character that he brought to life with an incurable disease, the same way Chad passed then labeled it honorable. Disgusting!.
You niggas are wildly entitled and disrespectful. You have absolutely no fucking care for the people who actually knew Chadwick and care about that man. And referring to Toussaint as a bastard son is wildly fucking disrespectful.

What healthy sane studio, cast and crew hijacks an established IP and insert their grief into a comic book film where people want to see T’Challa, not them killing the 1st Black mainstream superhero? You do that outside of the “art” not force others to carry heaviness.
Marvel fans are probably what have turned me off from Marvel movies the most, cause wdym "what did it accomplish?"???? Dawg it's an entire cast expressing grief over the loss of a loved one in a standalone story. Not everything needs to be set-up for the next thing.

Marvel Comics exploring the Pantheon of gods that T’Challa & Wakanda would realistically interact with regularly. Marvel Studios - Animation division along with Ryan Coogler aware of this and yet says NAAAAH (insert Drake meme) and says let’s incorporate the Greek gods instead.
Eyes of Wakanda series dont need Greek Gods when we currently getting Wakandan Gods in Blood Hunt event exuding high levels of rawness . Bast, Anuket, Kokou, and Ptah have been incredible in this series

@AgentsFandom This is embarrassing on Kevin Feige & Marvel Studios. What’s alarming is why are they always fumbling proven black actors who have a favorable resume before being signed to join the MCU? This is not a coincidence, this is a pattern and it appears intentional @RobertIger @Kevfeige.

Nerdrotic is a toxic dude bro MCU fan that calls everything WOKE & M-SHE-U though Marvel Studios is still white male dominated. The studio can’t be WOKE while facts are only 2 Black lead films released since 2008, no T’Challa recast, Black characters are sidelined or not casted.

So you’re insinuating that Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, Nate Moore, Ryan Coogler, and the Cast knew better than Derrick Boseman concerning what Chadwick Boseman would want? The brother who was by his side throughout the last few months of his life? Yet #RecastTChalla is delulu⁉️.
This is insane honestly, it’s super disrespectful to assume yall knew what Chadwick wanted, his brother is not him !!! He’s dead’s the people who were his work family, whom made up our cinematic black panther world did great things with bp2 … yall went in biased.

The hypocrisy of Marvel Studios to essentially build the #MCU off the back of a guy like Robert Downey Jr. who no one was checking for because of his demons and fast forward 15 years and to allegedly fire Jonathan Majors for running away from a toxic alcoholic is white privilege.

I feel as if the Cooper DeJean hype is like a “Great White Hope” thing. He’s got skills but the #PACKERS fanbase more than any other fanbase are acting like this dude is Charles Woodson & Jalen Ramsey coming out. I think our largely white fanbase want a DB that’s good and white?.
I am not as high on Cooper DeJean as most people are. If the #Packers take him, I hope I'm wrong.

Wish the fans of T’Challa could have this but nope they want to give us everything except what we want to accept. Interesting how this works at Marvel Studios.
Brad Winderbaum says 'DAREDEVIL BORN AGAIN' is similar to 'X-MEN '97' . “It’s reviving something fans love but taking it in a new direction. These characters have matured, the universe is different than it was, things have changed"
