šState Attorneys General (in NY, MN, WA, OR) suing over @POTUS's Executive Order prohibiting federal funding of "gender affirming" care for minors have all brought variations of the same claims. So what is their likelihood of success? Slim, at best. Here's why š§µ

@WMurphyLaw Women already receive intermediate scrutiny. And the court identified in Frontiero v Richardson that sex - like race - is immutable. Thereās no reason to or judicial interest in overturning Frontiero

@DiggersgirlAmy @WallStreetMav @POTUS 1000%. As was my daughter. We need to let kid develop naturally. If they want "gender affirming care" on their own dime, when they're adults, that's a different calculus altogether.

Better than average. My colleague @AmySwearer has written extensively on the birthright citizenship issue & proves (repeatedly) that the framers meant to protect (as the Constitution dictates) only those "subject to the jurisdiction thereof." In short that the Constitution protects ONLY those who are natural citizens

@VaActiveAngels @DemocraticAGs Well said - the hubris of REQUIRING the government to pay for a minor's gender butchery is beyond me.

@SamSpadePvtEye @LetOregonLearn @POTUS @JasonMiyaresVA As is: "The Center Cannot Hold" - WB Yeats All is destined for extremes, it seems. We most hold fast to the center which serves humanity best of all.

Yes - ripe because the blue states stand in direct opposition to the federal executive. So there's clearly an active case or controversy conferring Art. III standing. I will be curious as to whether the case(s) are fast tracked to SCOTUS for resolution on the shadow/emergency docket. That would seem to be the natural course.

@ladydatadoc @POTUS These procedures are too profitable for the gender medicine ghouls. Cut off the head of the snake & lobby private carriers if you want coverage. I refuse to send my hard earned tax dollars to clinics that cut off the breasts of healthy adolescent girls.

Beautifully apt analogy. Yes - they're doubling down. They can do nothing else, because the government, kids, & bamboozled parents have gone "all in" on gender identity. To reverse course is to admit defeat & recognize the butchery of their actions. This is our generation's Tuskegee experiment & there will be hell to pay.

@SamSpadePvtEye @LetOregonLearn @POTUS @JasonMiyaresVA Oh I'm with you 100% - but the industrialized education complex achieved its goal of cheap, easy, consequence-free sex, and went on to attack the nature of biological sex itself.

@BorisSpider14 Rulemaking is likely the next step, but a better step would be a Hyde-type congressionally enacted amendment prohibiting govt. subsidies for gender butchery. It would halt these suits in their tracks.
