@IhabHassane But if most gazans support October 7 or at the very least refuse to condemn it, the problem will never be as simple as removing Hamas. Second, most gazans want Israel completely dismantled and will settle for 2 states until then. I don't see the difference.

1) Hamas is seen as a proscribed terror group in the west so how can you conflate an entire territory of 2 million people with a group? 2) Israel is the occupier in Gaza. It’s not a neighboring country. 3) as for sovereign territory, Israel refuses to define its borders.
