Jordan already has a refugee camp called Gaza Camp with 35,000 Palestinian refugees kicked out of Gaza in ethnic cleansing of 1967 war. Gaza camp refugees are treated miserabl by Jordan, no rights of movement or citizenship, it bodes badly for any Gazans expelled to Jordan today.

Were the populations of bombed out WW11 Germany forced to evacuate cities before they were rebuilt? No- German civilians helped move rubble and rebuild their country. Gazans longing to do same.

Protesters called for an end to the Palestinian Authority government during the funeral of 19-year-old Palestinian Rahbi Shalabi, who was reportedly killed by gunfire from Palestinian security forces a day earlier in the occupied West Bank city of Jenin. As a result of the incident, a member of the Palestinian National Security Service announced his resignation and disavowal of the Palestinian Authority’s security services, urging other members of the PA to follow suit.

"Ridiculous if we are unable to engage with the new leadership in Syria due to a proscription dating back 12 years". Indeed. By the same token is it not ridiculous to be unable to engage with Hamas who have actually never had any truck with Al Qaeda or ISIS.
The former head of MI6 saying that yes, Tahrir al-Sham (HST) were too close to Al-Qaeda, but that was 12 years ago & now they're a liberation movement not a terrorist organisation & the UK govt should remove them from the list of proscribed international terrorist groups.
