Absolutely this šš½. Thanks for your support @TonyJuniper šš¼šš¼
Having spent centuries seeking to get water off the land as quickly as possible, we now need to look at ways to keep more of it for longer, for wildlife, farming & public supply. Wetlands are part of the solution, bringing multiple benefits alongside resilience to climate change.

What I love about this story is 1. Itās about hope, we can find solutions 2. Itās about collaboration 3. Itās about giving space to partners voices. They all matter. No 3. matters especially. Organisations shouting up for each otherās hard work really does matter.
A good news story for your weekend - corncrake numbers are rising at @WWTWelney thanks to chicks raised by @Pensthorpe and our careful management of the wet grassland habitat they rely on. Crex crex!š
