@ThomasSuttonMD @VNikolian Completely concur! A surgery resident has a finite amount of time to complete projects for publication. There is higher demand to publish if you want to match into a competitive fellowship. @VNikolian and @ThomasSuttonMD been super successful at navigating the research arena!
