@zomatocare I got the call from your executive and she said if i have any problem to reply you on your mail. But still there is no response of that mail yet post 24 hours. If you still can’t reply properly in calls or mails then why all these friendly tweets???

@zomatocare Moreover importantly if some issue is there with an order in zomato, the support is very bad, Chat through app doesn’t resolve anything & there are no results with the mails to order@zomato.com too. The only attention i got this time just bcoz i had posted the issue in X @zomato

@zomatocare It’s been more than 16 hours & the solution i get from zomato is few zomato credits and no actions towards the restaurant. I need faster & strict actions & better resolution from your side regarding this horrible incident & harm to my beliefs & sentiments. @zomato @zomatocare

@zomato @deepigoyal @fssaiindia Getting some food for lower price doesn’t mean you will send anything which not only hurts our religious belief but also hampers our mental health. This is not the 1st time there is an issue with zomato orders. Need correct course of actions through your end. @zomato @zomatocare
