@KathrynBrito It's also bad in SNF/TCU. One specific payor will deny room&board but approve 3x/wk therapy and when the patient appeals, the payor will use the fact that the facility stopped providing 5x/wk therapy to deny the appeal. Any litigation process often outlasts a patient's life 😫

@JenaFriedman The first two weeks were agony. I ended up using nipple shields and slowly weaned off of them a couple weeks later when his latch was better. I think the benefits of breastfeeding are overhyped because everyone would quit in those first 4 weeks otherwise. It does get easier!
