@tds122 Roy was the same… and his average shows a similar output to Duckett. With our bowling line up we need 350 to win so I think they’ll have to be attacking. Need another batter who can bowl I think it wouldn’t look so bad.

@CricketRef He’s the oddest selection I’ve ever seen - why not a Jacks who bowls spin, or just anyone with a bit more batting talent. Why would a Malan be discarded (different position I know), to make way for an all rounder worse than the Curran brothers ?

@s4vva Pogba has had a ridiculously average career… and if anything was just lucky to play in an amazing France team (in which he was nowhere near the best player). Mane was much better for his club than Pogba ever was.

@TheBarmyArmy I did enjoy De Villiers in pink vs Wi , but honestly I’d go for any of the big innings leading up to England’s 2019 World Cup win. How that team changed over time was just amazing to watch.

@mseymour84 Drogba horrifically overrated, Solskjaer was a sub. There are plenty of good strikers nowadays. VVD is exceptional and I’m not sure why people can’t admit that.

@MattNotFront As an Englishman you still have to really like him. Solid technique, and though I don’t think he has an insanely high ceiling, he just gets it done. Ben Foakes for us was much the same- both fantastic keepers and sensible run getters.

@gentleblossomss I don’t understand how the commentators don’t get it wrong more often… I know they have the numbers to go off, but it’s tricky. Different colour boots for all players I say!

@CricCrazyV Our batting just this period was absolutely ridiculous… no team ever has had the capability of scoring 350 plus most days. Soo soooooo good.
