Had one micro perforation (no intervention needed) in a distal vessel while treating severely calcified prox to mid RCA. It was my fault as I was not mindful of distal wire position.

@cardiodoc1988 Stick is low so unlikely RP bleed. Should be just a hematoma. US guided access and you will never need to do that. Good save!

@MoarSahitoPTI Based on “ex-vivo” data. So far studies suggest that this interaction does not translate into any meaningful clinical risk. COGENT trial & high quality observational studies do not support this. Stopped worrying about this interaction a long time ago and have not had any issues.

@FT The correct reason for sales decline is Chinese EVs entering European market. If and when they are allowed to enter in US, expect the same. Some of the Chinese EV makers make high quality EVs at a much mote affordable price. This has nothing to do with Elon & politics.

In 10 mins, you are done with a diagnostic case from #safefemoral approach. Like your setup if its a planned left radial access case
