Even Faker complains how broken botlane is compared to mid/top. How can 2 lanes (Jungle/Bot) just perma lose/win every game by themselves, solo lanes are just so useless.
If you are ahead in Solo Lanes, it will not impact the game the way a ahead Botlane does.

- Passiv Healing now scales with 1,5% of bHP
- Q width increases by 5% every 4 stacks
- W AP Ratio increased from 70% to 85%
- E now applies grievous wounds on targets below 50% hp
- R is now a "true execute" and ignores shields
