Sometimes the heart can be a trickster. Making us feel like we know precisely what we want, what we desire, what we need. In truth, it deceives us. Once we see past this trickery, we may find that what we really want & need has always been in front of us, waiting to be noticed.💕
If you don’t already, may I suggest you follow
@AuschwitzMuseum
in order to honour those who were murdered and suffered at the hands of the Nazi regime. We must never forget the past and do everything we can to ensure that it never happens again.
17 September 1938 | A Dutch Jewish girl, Ina Nanny Blits, was born in Amsterdam.
She arrived at
#Auschwitz
on 16 September 1943 in a transport of 1,005 Jews deported from
#Westerbork
. She was among 578 of them murdered in gas chambers after the selection.

Tears In Heaven by Eric Clapton. When my cousin had her son, he wasn’t supposed to survive and she was planning to use this song at his funeral. He turned 35 last month and my cousin never had to use the song. I still cannot listen to it.💔😢
@libradunn
Congratulations Harry! It is an award very well deserved. More importantly, THANK YOU for your bravery on that day and for your continued work in helping others. You have such a big heart and a beautiful soul.
@libradunn
She is smart, honest, fierce and fearless. She is a role model for women everywhere. She is not afraid to speak her mind and put a man who thinks he knows everything in his place. She is a true leader!

@libradunn
You don’t owe anyone anything Harry! You want accountability & justice for what happened that day & that is not asking for too much. It is the least that can happen. Don’t listen to the others & you keep speaking your truth, Sir. Have a great day Harry! Un abbraccio fortissimo!🤗
@ThatEricAlper
I’ve got two:
1) four older ladies living together in Miami
2) Italian family living on Long Island with his intrusive parents and brother who live across the street
@libradunn
Once again congratulations Harry! It was a beautiful ceremony. I was watching online (not on tv here in 🇨🇦) and I could always pick you out in the crowd. I love how you guys always stick together, like the true friends you are.💖 Un abbraccio fortissimo!🤗

Auguri! Buon lavoro!
I am on day 1048 of my learning. Already finished the Italian course (I did it as a review) and now learning Español. It is so much fun!
@libradunn
I honestly could not believe what I was hearing and seeing. I can only imagine how hard it was for you.
Sending an even bigger hug your way! 🤗🤗
@UHN
These protests are absolutely disgusting! Instead of yelling obscenities, they should be thanking those healthcare workers for all they have done and all that they continue to do. In my eyes you are all angels and I thank you for all of your hard work and dedication.
@libradunn
Oh Harry, this one made me chuckle, yet at the same time I can sadly relate. But let’s be honest … I am certain there is a long line of women who would be more than happy to date you.
We would not be able to educate about the history of
#Auschwitz
here without your daily engagement.
Every person following, sharing & helping us is incredibly important. We wish to THANK YOU all for this incredible wave of support we've received recently.
We remember together.
@libradunn
Goodness Harry, you have no idea how much I needed this sentiment today. I returned to work this week and let’s just say it has not gone as I had expected. It has left me feeling defeated & depressed. All I want to do is cry all day. People’s words & actions can hurt so much.😔😢
My dear American friends, today is the day. Vote like your life depends on it! I pray that your country gets it right. Just remember that you may experience a lot of anxiety today and in the coming days, but we 🇨🇦 are here for you!
After 2.5 yrs, 4 eye surgeries, numerous laser procedures & my ever-changing vision, I am finally returning to work. It will be a gradual return as I am still suffering from extreme eye fatigue. I’m full of anxiety & so nervous, like my 1st day of teaching. Fingers crossed. /1
@libradunn
You hit the nail right on the head with that one.
Just remember, Canada is a very welcoming country! We’ll take anyone who needs to flee that nonsense! 🇨🇦🇺🇸
I am putting up my Christmas tree (a multi-day event) and I am so excited to include these Santas representing some of the countries I have visited.

Shame on Ford, Lecce and the entire PC Government. You have opened Pandora’s Box. Perhaps it is time for a

My best friend, Wendy. I lost her to cancer so many years ago. Actually, she wasn’t lost … cancer stole her from us. I still miss her every day.😢
Good morning everyone! Today is my first first day of school in three years. I have to admit, I’m a little nervous. Oh yeah, and there’s something else going on today. 🤔😉😅 Have a good day everyone!

Great photo and I’m certain it was a good time had by all. Thank you Officer Fanone for your service.🇺🇸 Noticed the SPQR tattoo (Senatus Populusque Romanus)🇮🇹- proprio bello!! Any chance of an invite next time?🤞Even willing to travel from 🇨🇦!
Today is a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day!😔
Anything to make my day a little brighter is appreciated - joke, pet pic, just say hello, whatever.
@educatorpaula
I let them sit where they want for the first couple of days. Gives me a chance to see which pairings may be future issues, then I move them. I actually play the “seating plan” game a couple of times each semester - unless the group is amazing where they are.
Such an important message. If you don’t know much about the Holocaust, take some time to learn. If you do know about the Holocaust, take some time to teach others. If you see antisemitism, call it out!
Okay, I followed back as many as I could for tonight. I will get to everyone else tomorrow. Thanks again to all of you who have followed me! I appreciate all of you!😊💖
Good morning everyone! My greetings are a late today because I was a little busy getting these delicious beauties. I will have red stained fingers for the rest of the day. 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓

Hey
@libradunn
question for you. Reports say Gaetz & Boebert walked right past security on way to the Zelensky speech, refusing to go through the metal detectors & nobody stopped them. If that was me I would have been tackled. How does this happen? DM me the answer if you prefer.
@libradunn
I know a lot of people with mental health issues and they don’t spew conspiracy theories, antisemitic rants or think Hilter was great. This guy (I refuse to say his name) has got much bigger issues and needs to go away.
@ItsStephPerera
@libradunn
Well let’s see … he’s kind, thoughtful, has a heart of gold, not afraid to express his thoughts, honest about his struggles, has a sense of humour and yeah, he is handsome. The real question is, who are these women who don’t swoon over him and what is wrong with them?
@libradunn
@SergeantAqGo
You guys are way too funny! I love seeing the friendship between you … true friendship goals.😊
Unfortunately I can’t vote in your elections … if I could, I would.😏🇨🇦💙
Have a wonderful day!🤗🤗

@libradunn
OMG, you guys are so funny! Here’s one for you:
Do you know why, all around the world, parlaments' roofs are built as a dome? ….
…. Have you ever seen a circus with a flat roof?
Have a great day gentlemen!🤗
The amount of sadness that I feel because of the antisemitic rhetoric that is out there cannot be measured. I honestly believe part of the problem is a lack of education of the Holocaust and the history of Antisemitism. It also makes me thankful my own education in my life.

What a powerful interview! My heart breaks for Michael and all that he and his family have to go through daily. Please pass along this message - he has many of us who support him, and please thank him for all he has done and continues to do.
Good morning and Happy Canada Day everyone! Time to celebrate our beautiful and amazing country. I hope everyone has an awesome day! ❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦

Street hockey, hide and seek, riding bikes, jump rope … anything really … as long as we were outside. We were outside all day, everyday. Out after breakfast, home for lunch, out again until dinner and the out until the street lights came on. Those were the days!
Thank you
@Luciferjesi
for the shout out! You are amazing!
To all of you who have followed me … thank you as well. 😊 I am following back as quickly as I can without getting thrown into Twitter jail. I will get to everyone … I promise … please have patience with me. 😁✌️💖
Wow! Thank you to all who have newly followed me. It is nice to meet all of you! I promise to follow back, but will do so slowly so that I don’t end up in Twitter jail again. 🇨🇦💙🇺🇸
A huge thank you to

And thank you to all those following me. I so enjoy the community of friends I have made here!
You are all the best!💙
I am heartbroken. I am shattered. I feel like I am in a million little pieces, never to be put back together again. Why am I never enough for anyone? What’s so wrong with/undesirable about me? Why do I continuously try to help people when they refuse to see reality? I am so done!
@SemperWry
I honestly don’t understand the ongoing hatred towards the Jewish people & don’t even get me started on Holocaust denial. I really think people need more education on this topic, not less. That’s why I continue to teach my students about the Holocaust every chance I get.
@libradunn
Thank you for supporting teachers. I’m not 🇺🇸 but even here in 🇨🇦 teachers are struggling. When I started 20 yrs ago, we were respected and I ❤️ my job. Now we experience nothing but disrespect from all sides and are vilified by politicians. So disheartening!
Introverts think a lot, but they don't say much. They keep it in. All the stories, and mysteries, and secrets, and songs. Locked. Hidden. Bolted. Until they find someone who clicks. Who vibes. Who gets it. Who's patient enough to wait. And then, they talk the talk.

No teachers are not paid for summer, Christmas or March breaks. Teachers are paid for Sept-June (190 working days). Their 10-month salary is divided into payments for 12 months otherwise there is no payment in summer - these payments are for work already done during school year.
