To pay £150 for seats up the front, together and in club Europe to be moved 5 times, split up and 2 of us be sat in economy seats with no valid excuse @British_Airways it’s disgusting customer service

@British_Airways 24 hours to go on our flights and you first of all cancel our seats then you change them so none of us our sitting together when we chose and paid for these club Europe seats in June!!! And can we get through to talk to anyone of course we can’t - disgraceful

@JonathonScottBB Would also help if they went back to pre-covid services - between 16:30 and 18:00 there were 7 trains on the Epsom line now there’s only 3 and they are packed and in this heat it’s unbearable- cattle wouldn’t be allowed to travel under those conditions but we are. Go figure 🤷🏼‍♀️
