So I got a diagnosis today.
I have severe tendinopathy in three tendons. I’m going to need special shoes and daily PT to treat it for about six weeks; only then can I even begin thinking about bunion surgery.

My son’s class was learning “the Pronoun Song” to learn pronouns, and supposedly last year, an angry parent flipped out about it, and yelled at the front desk saying her 4-year-old was too young to learn about sex. And they had to explain that pronouns are part of speech.

Listeria comes from fecal matter, so it is only really found in animal products or plant foods that were grown in manure. Since avocado grows well above the ground, it’s very unlikely that it would have listeria.
