Armenia was heavily influenced by Putin. I suspect that as Armenia moves towards joining the European Union and seeking to join NATO will require more human rights than what is allowed. Education will be key.

Animals that are captured and used for profit in any captivity should have oversight by NOAA and WWF. Just like animals in circuses, animals for profit should be banned. They should be rehabilitated and returned to their natural environment.
