Bouncing off of the crawl phase, the walk phase is the next phase when developing command program. In a college or professional environment, the main goal is to win games. The best way to win games is learn how to develop players properly.

Made the transition to the mound, eventually developed low 9s fastball and unbelievable breaking ball
Grad transferred to Kentucky and helped them make a CWS birth

Bailey Ober was exceptional today, striking out 11 in 8.0 IP against Detroit
He generated 20 whiffs and induced a bunch of weak contact, which led to just 1 hit
Ober has been excellent after a slow start to the season
