Sometimes we make wrong choices. I was told why the previous manager left, told about the toxic side off the pitch, told if don’t pick certain players it’s an issue, but thought I could change that, Saturday was the final straw so I had to go. Wish the kirkley squad all the best

Disappointed that only Sudbury & Felixstowe are the only games in the league I got to go against due to being on a uefa course for the others 🤷🏼♂️

Football is a squad game, being sub is part of the game, keeping players happy is down to the manager, sometimes there may be a reason why a player is sub or left out other than maybe the player not performing! BUT if a player is sub it doesn’t automatically mean they wanna leave
