Of the largest 75 US cities, only 12 affirmatively provide notice of public land-use hearings to tenants, whereas nearly all provide notice to property owners

@david__simon Every year at the AALS meeting there is an environmental law field trip. It's usually a lot of fun, interesting, and a great way to meet people. The downside is, it's on one of the days of the conference so it often conflicts with a panel that you would otherwise want to attend.
