Our research shows that of the 75 largest cities in the US, only 12 affirmatively provide notice of public land use hearings to tenants, while nearly all of these cities provide direct notice to property owners.

@david__simon Every year at the AALS meeting there is an environmental law field trip. It's usually a lot of fun, interesting, and a great way to meet people. The downside is, it's on one of the days of the conference so it often conflicts with a panel that you would otherwise want to attend.
