Has anyone read the FIRST case report on spinal cord stimulator implantation by Shealy/Mortimer/Reswick? The article is free and very cool. They even tell you the date/time stimulation was started. Link: #neuromodulation @nasir418 @JayKarriMD @RushnaAli6

The more I work in pain medicine and grow older, the clearer it becomes: our greatest impact lies in educating the next generation. Can’t wait to work with the next resident/fellow class.

⚠️I often feel like CRPS and cluneal neuropathy are overdiagnosed. I see neuromodulation companies pushing these indications especially PNS for cluneal neuropathy.🚫 Precision in diagnosis is crucial for effective treatment @nasir418 @JayKarriMD @VinnyFrancioMD @MateuszGraca

Success often attracts criticism. It’s human nature. Don’t let it derail you. Focus on improving yourself and meeting (or surpassing) your own expectations, not others’ expectations. Stay true to your path and keep pushing forward. 💪✨
