Finally, the wait is over, I made the grassroots basic overlays for the community, I placed Scorezar, the OBS Profile, so all you need to do is export the folder and use the files. If you want to change the colors on the overlay itself, right click the overlay and click fliters

I would have never apologized for leffen. I'm sorry but after alot of stuff coming to light,hax money smoking the Ganja juice but Leffen is indeed a terrible person and TOs need to really really need to stop playing favorites and just watch his twitch.
I am sincerely sorry to Leffen, my friends and the community for these past few years. It is time for me to confront my health issues and toxic personality traits, admit to my wrongdoings, and begin a new path towards growth.

Fitness update. I am currently at 260lbs from 289 pounds. on average I've been walking 55km to 60km a week and been sticking to my diet.
I haven't had no sugar at all. I've been intermittent fasting from 2pm to 8pm ( I saw

I just need to rant for a second. The Pokemon Company with these changes for VG makes it very hard for us TOs to run any events at all. Alot of these card shops don't have the space or capability to run the events that we were running before it is extremely frustrating as a TO

I went from 289lbs to 273lbs. Calorie deficit and exercising everyday. Also cutting out the carbs and the processed sugars helped out a ton l. I wake up feeling better everyday. Goal is to get to 200lbs.
