@kwok_xian After years of ending the weeknights with hours of MSNBC, we're done. Also no more mucking around on inflammatory news sites. Daily dip into local news, and hard news from AP or NPR on a need to know basis. Neurons can process just so much data.

@Marilyn05123210 Hi Marilyn, years ago a therapist helped my anxiety with two things: medication and meditation. Consider letting your doctor know how you feel so he/she can care for you. I write a blog on simple meditation, and would love to hear your thoughts on it.
