@marksandspencer I had breast cancer surgery yesterday and ordered some post surgery bras for next day delivery today. Evri haven’t delivered them (surprise surprise). How do I get a refund of the next day delivery charge? (I should have been more organised I know)

@waitrose you’ve spent a fortune putting in more self check out tills at your Poynton shop but you can’t manage to fix the sliding door on the cigarette cupboard behind the kiosk. Trapping and manual handling hazard for staff! It’s been like that for at least the last 2 years!
