Well I don't get political on here, but if that is the reality, then in my opinion it is all the more reason to seek inspiration from the Old Gods. Norse paganism doesn't have a sacred text and the gods are not infallible. They don't require a bended knee or for us to proselytize and to try and convert others. We look upon them and their stories for inspiration on how to live our lives the best we can. I cannot control any of the things you mentioned, but I can defend my family, friends and myself, and I can do my best to live honorably and with good intent.

Its more they sound similar as they are the same rune. Its important to remember that the younger Futhark was a writing system for Old Norse. In our modern times many people use a phonetic translation into English. So the rune represents a sound and then they use that sound to represent a character. English uses the Latin alphabet so there isn't a 1 to 1 correlation. Below is an explanation I found for the sounds, better than I could probably explain off the top of my head lol. ᚴ Made /k/, like the C in CAT. Made /g/, like the G in GIFT. Made /ŋk/, like the NK in SINK. Made /ŋg/, like the NG in FINGER.

@McTboi @KindredAsatru @KindredAsatru is correct, these look like Kaun from the younger futhark. Since they are not touching I doubt it is a bind rune. Most likely someone used the phonetic value (k/g) and these might be initials. KK or GG
