As a veteran, had I done this on the streets of Iraq, I would have been arrested, court martialed, and sentenced to Leavenworth for killing a bystander. The fact that we let cops get away with it is disgusting.

The constitution does not protect former presidents from prosecution for acts committed AFTER they leave office. It still protects them from decisions made in an official capacity while IN office, even if the opposition doesn't like it.
