I'm currently in the process, wearing minimalist shoes has been really helpful! Also remember that heel striking in itself isn't the issue, over striding is, so work on increasing cadence and reducing stride length :)

Yeah that's what I was thinking, unfortunately there's a fairly high number of else ifs afterwards with the same issue that I didn't fancy having to also nest 😅 Luckily using && seems to have sorted it for now!

Highly depends what you want to use it for, but I currently use the languages R and Julia and would recommend both- probs start out with R though bc there are more resources/stack overflow questions for it
